Before discovering a passion for recruiting, Tobin managed a local bike shop and fell in love with the ability to help others grow within their desired field.
Tobin lives in the biggest little city of Reno, Nevada and enjoys spending time at Lake Tahoe with his partner and two rescue dogs.
