NIHAD SARSOUR
Director of Client Development, Technology Practice
Nihad Sarsour is a Director of Client Development at Berkeley Search Consultants. Nihad has worked in staffing since 2008 on both the recruiting and client development sides of the business. He credits recruiting with providing him with some of his closest friends and most coveted work experiences. Nihad says, “You can’t beat the feeling of when you are able to make a difference in someone’s life and this profession gives you the opportunity to do so. My goal is to always listen and take the time to understand the needs of my clients and candidates so that I can make sure it is a great fit for everyone.”
Nihad was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and received a BA in Business Management from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He relocated to the Bay Area in 2013 to continue his career in recruiting and business development.
Nihad grew up playing and loving football, basketball, and soccer. Until recently, whenever he had any downtime, he was either watching sports or trying to act like he was 16 and still somewhat of an athlete. He is a new father so some of that time is taken up with toddler sports.
Nihad lives in the East Bay with his family.
