MEG MINDER
Director of Operations
Meg Minder joined the Berkeley Search Consultants team in 2021 as the Director of Operations. She started in the recruiting industry in 2016 with a firm based in San Francisco, CA. Over almost five years she has worked her way up the ranks starting as a Recruiter, then Client and Recruiter Manager of the Temp & Contracts Division, to a director of her department as well as a top biller within the Sanford Rose Associates network.
She is originally from Philadelphia, PA, earned her degree from San Diego State University with a BS in Communications Journalism Media Studies with a minor in History, and has spent 20 years in California. She recently moved to Reno, NV with her partner and absolutely loves it!
