We provide Executive Search Services in all verticals of our Healthcare client organizations. This includes all positions from the Director level to the Chief Executive Officer, including leadership roles in Administration, Nursing, Physician Leadership, Quality, Finance, Operations, Ancillary Services, Human Resources, and more. Our scope includes all leadership roles from the facility level to the market, regional, national, and corporate levels. By taking this approach, we become experts in the unique needs of our clients at an organizational level and of the specific needs of each individual department and role.
In the Healthcare industry, the consequences of a mis-hire or a never-ending search are substantial. As a result, we have a near perfect success rate in our retained search work, and our permanent searches are completed within an average of 90 days.
Our success in recruitment is a direct result of the experience and dedication of our team and the leader of our practice, Efton Hall, Jr. Efton has over 40 years of experience working in the healthcare industry—20 years from holding executive healthcare positions of his own and over 20 years of practicing executive search work in the healthcare industry. He is also an active member, regular event attendee, and panel speaker of ACHE (American College of Healthcare Executives) and CAHL (California Association of Hospital Leaders). For a large portion of the search work he conducts, the positions are ones that he has held personally or that have reported to him, which contributes to his comprehensive understanding of the roles and the approach needed to fill them.
