With Jean’s broad knowledge and experience in the CPG market as well as the plant-based industry, our clients can be confident in her ability to meet their senior leadership talent acquisition needs. Her attention to detail, strong planning skills and subject matter expertise contribute to the successful completion of any assignment that we are entrusted with.

 Jean is a 10+ year vegan with a true passion and connection in the natural foods and mission-driven companies. Jean leverages her industry relationships to connect top talent with high growth, emerging companies.

Scott decided to make a significant career change after a successful 15-year sales career with Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits. He, like so many of our candidates candidates, understood that there is no reward without the risk.

While at Southern Wine and Spirits, Scott excelled at developing and building long-lasting relationships, actively searched for and found products to increase clients’ bottom line, and showed consistency over time. Due to his alignment with Berkeley Search Consultants’ dedication to developing long term relationships with their clients and the individuals they place, Scott was a natural fit for the Consumer Packaged Goods team as Director of Client Development.

Together Jean and Scott have expanded Berkeley Search Consultants to the Central Coast where they have grown the Ag sector of their practice. Both have a strong connection to the local community and farming industry. This is where it all starts and by partnering with local business, they have seen how the CPG world becomes even smaller and more connected.

Jean and Scott’s teamwork doesn’t just stop at the office. They compete together in Crossfit competitions all around California. It’s this competitive drive and teamwork that allows them to be so successful in business as well as on every project that take on with their clients.
