You have seven seconds to impress the hiring manager reviewing your CPG resume.

You must pay close attention to every line, phrase, and word to get noticed. A resume crammed with tiny font leaving no room for white space will likely be ignored. If hundreds of other applications are waiting for review, and they’re easier on the eyes, your resume will be pushed aside.

COVID-19 revealed an industry secret that had been brewing for some time: great talent is opting out of the healthcare profession.

recent healthcare article by the National Library of Medicine reports that, among primary care clinicians and staff, “Prevalence of burnout, low engagement, and turnover were high, with 53% of both clinicians and staff reporting burnout, only 32% of clinicians and 35% of staff reporting high engagement, and 30% of clinicians and 41% of staff no longer working in primary care in the same system 2 to 3 years later.
