Mark Howard is the President and CEO of Berkeley Search Consultants. He is responsible for firm-wide growth, strategy and search execution. At the core, his mission is to continue the company’s decades-old tradition of exceeding client’s expectations and delivering results on search assignments the firm takes on.
Trained and mentored by the best, Mark believes in a relationship-driven approach to executive search. He is convinced that continued success in this profession requires an ethical approach based on trust and integrity while simultaneously delivering results to clients and candidates.
A second-generation owner of the firm, Mark joined Berkeley Search Group in 1998. Having held increasing responsibility within the firm, Mark ultimately purchased the business in 2010. Prior to launching his career in Executive Recruiting, Mark worked with one of Colorado’s largest microbreweries in sales and marketing roles.
Mark is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
