Jim serves as the Practice Lead for the Banking & Financial Services division of BSC. Jim has been in executive recruiting since 2006 and joined BSC in 2014. Jim’s expertise is in Wealth Management, Corporate, Commercial and Business Banking; with a focus in Sales, Credit Administration, and Operations roles.
Prior to becoming an Executive Recruiter, Jim enjoyed a 20-year career in commercial loan origination in the banking and non-bank financing industry.
He served in multiple sales and sales leadership positions including – vendor leasing, healthcare practice finance, franchise finance and, national sales and operations management.
Jim graduated from San Diego State University in 1980 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jim and his family live in Reno, NV.
